Heater and Air Con not working new car

UPDATE,I have contacted Longbridge,and the have booked me in next Tuesday to sort Aircon and updates,why could my dealer not do this?

Update. When to the dealer in Longbridge this morning, resistor pack changed and all updates applied,took about an hour all in,very happy and no charge ??

Simple - because they are crap !.
The heater motor resistor replacement is a "Gravy" job for anybody who wishes to be acknowledged as a decent "Motor vehicle Tech".
I would recommend he / she started seeking another career my friend !.

Glad to here your sorted.
It's like pulling teeth with some of these dealers.
You would like to think that Longbridge will question why your dealer was unable to carry out the work for you ????.

Longbridge is closing and the are moving to Redditch,but they have agreed to do all my servicing ect,so hopefully I have found a proactive dealer ???
