Hi all,
I had a new windscreen fitted having picked up a crack from a stone.
Had to use autoglass via the insurance.
The screen was replaced and the various sensors recalibrated remotely, no issues. The guy doing the work was very pleasant and did a great job
I tested the mg pilot on the way home and all was well.
However I drove the car for the first time in the dark and kept getting flashed, it seems the high beam assist is both coming on too early and being slow to dip the high beam too.
I'm thinking it would be better to get my local dealer to look at it rather than autoglass as they are closer and I would hope they are more familiar.
Could I ask also does the facelift have a slightly tinted windscreen as the replacement looks clear compared to the front side windows ?.
Many thanks in advance .
