I totally agree with @Gadget Geek.As you have Long journey mode, you have a long range model.
In the photo you uploaded, you can clearly see on the right hand section of the screen, it displays “Long Journey Mode”.
This can be selected to allow the car to charge to 100% full battery state, giving maximum range from a single charge.
As this feature is shown in your photo, this has been taken from a car with the larger battery pack.
On the long range version only, the driver has the ability to set the desired charging level.
For day to day driving, I ( like many others ) set the charging level to 80% and increase the charge level to 100% when I want to make a longer trip.
The long ranger model has a larger capacity NMC battery chemistry.
The standard range model has smaller capacity battery which is a LFP battery chemistry and prefers charging to 100% every time it is charged.
So, standard range owners do not have the ability to lower the charging level and therefore the screen in the head unit does not have a section on the screen for selecting “Long Journey Mode”.
Long range versions only.
Hope this makes sense ?.
Also, when the car is in “Ready Mode” and the trip meters have been set back to zero.
The the predicted range on a long range model in the same charging screen, should predict a range of around 208 - 212 miles.
Set to max 100% it should predict a range of 273 miles (ish).
Clear evidence that the car is in fact a long range model !.
Don’t forget to reset the milage trip counter back to zero to match these predictions in range.
I have updated my previous post @viki2410
