I-phone not staying connected

Hi. I have recently bought an MG ZS EV.

I have set up my iPhone, but the car doesn't retain the connection. I have to reconnect every time I get in the car. Never had this before on previous vehicles. Is it supposed to 'remember' my phone? Any advice please

Your not the 1st person who has said this is this the face lift you have got as I bleave there is a update that the dealer needs to do to Entertainment System can't be done over air some are getting sold without updates in the rush?

Are you talking Bluetooth or CarPlay? On my gen1, Bluetooth always works whilst CarPlay is unreliable.

With my 3-week-old, MG Germany also asked me to drive to the workshop. The car is constantly not connected to the server or the app. Android.

I have the same problem. My MG ZS EV is going for first service in April. I’ll tell them and I’ll let you know what happens

I still think it's to do with multitasking ie having two sound sources running at once such as sat nav and music apps.

More testing required!
