Whenever I schedule charging or basically do anything in the app it says request timed out. Seems like it's out of sync with the hub, any ideas?

Is the app actually seeing your car ?
If I'm parked on my drive in a particular place my car becomes "invisible" If I move it a couple of feet hey presto! it reappears.
If I've not used the app for a while I have to reinput my details then I'm ok again .

Had a few time out issues over the last couple of days, assumed it was the MG servers as all OK now. It does happen from time to time and I put it down to poor 4G signal where the car is parked, car has not been used for a couple of days so is power saving or MG servers being offline.

It's fully connected but I get all sorts of errors when I am binding the card. Like it says failed to login but it still logs in and implementation failure and other stuff. When I try set scheduled recharge on phone it instantly says timed out like it doesn't even try.

It appears that telecoms capability is turned off after some period so as to conserve 12V battery power. Makes sense, but renders the iSmart app so much less useful. It seems a pity that the car cannot make use of the HV battery to power such systems when it is idle, but that is the way current EVs appear to be designed.

Th HV will top up the 12V when it’s able to, and I believe the app's connectivity has greatly improved with the latest update so it might be worth checking whether yours is up to date.

I just started getting this problem, at home and a work, both places have great 4G signal. 12v battery is fine. Just confused as it was all working fine yesterday, but the home today I could not remote AC on and get to work, topping up my charge and same thing, the charge page on the app times out and vehicle status times out. 🤷🏼‍♂️
