The color is called: "Cosmic Silver"

it's strange,
I also went out this morning,
but daylight saving time had been updated;
I don't even remember ever having to modify,
in my previous cars.
maybe you changed some preset, check.

Go to Settings…..General and drag screen up till you get to ‘Use GPS time’ and make sure this is selected. Then also make sure ‘Time Zone’ is selected to GMT LONDON.
