With 4nd gone I was thinking of in inviting the author of that hereAh yes, the Renault Lemon : Help with Lemon
Saw your post on there about the MG4, had to laugh - for someone who's never owned one it was a very thorough summary![]()
Land Rover. Poor reliability record. Those plastic wheels will soon by off.I've got a photo of @Leni16 new car, can't see the wiper mindView attachment 14182
You can't get locked in with that. And I bet it doesn't leak oil ?I've got a photo of @Leni16 new car, can't see the wiper mindView attachment 14182

It does have a a bit of I'll fitting plastic and the Infotainment works better, has a bit of a draught as well[/QUOT

Yes - not good. Our Evoque - 1 day in the dealer in 2.5 years (a service)
My 4 - at least 8 days in the dealer in 2 months.
I wish my 4 had the “poor reliability record” of our Evoque. ?
They’re all like that sirIt does have a a bit of I'll fitting plastic and the Infotainment works better, has a bit of a draught as well
That's not good to hear! the locking in issue is concerning, surely they wouldn't go to all the trouble of getting a fix and not proactively fitting it to all cars. Are they waiting till it happens to owners and only then do they get the update. My local dealership will not book my car for the update as there is no "recall" notice on the car.
There must be a bulletin from MG regarding this update. Does anyone know what the bulletin number is?
Defo MG4 Lite - does it have a long charging lead like a Henry ??I've got a photo of @Leni16 new car, can't see the wiper mindView attachment 14182

sorry if you’ve answered this before, or posted your feedback on the dealer post - would you please share who your excellent MG dealer is?I really don't understand the mentality of some of these dealers. How on earth do they ever keep customers?!
I'm beginning to think my dealership is one of a vanishing breed. When I picked up my car it had had all the latest updates installed and the new breather fitted proactively. For what it's worth, I was also given an undertaking from them that they would contact me if any further updates are released.
Sure thing, it was Hendy MG Poole.sorry if you’ve answered this before, or posted your feedback on the dealer post - would you please share who your excellent MG dealer is?
Bit far from Doncaster for me to travel ?Sure thing, it was Hendy MG Poole.
Sanjay there contacted me when I cancelled my order with my original dealer (who I won't be naming, I don't blame solely them for the circumstances of my cancellation) and when I was about to give up on MG totally.
Have you managed to check that the new breather has been fitted. Not suggesting that it hasn't but every other dealer is saying they can only fit when a leak has been confirmed and approved by MG UK ?I really don't understand the mentality of some of these dealers. How on earth do they ever keep customers?!
