Lost 27 miles overnight - any ideas why?

last night I parked up and had 68miles left, this morning I had 41 miles left, is there something wrong with my car , I have lost 27 miles overnight, very puzzeling, any ideas, this has been happening since I got the car, example it's 9 miles to ALFORD, it clocks up abut 16 miles

Are you driving in Eco mode ?
If you don't drive economically in Eco mode the GOM is not accurate.

As the weather warms you will probably get some "lost" miles re-appear.

It has stopped the same all day and it has been very warm here today, I did notice that my voltage dropped from 450 to 390

Just checked my car again and the milage is now 51,
It's just puzzling, the car does not have the latest update,
I have booked it in the garage for the 13 May, they want my car for 2 weeks,
Fingers crossed its okay when it comes back

I would love to know from other owners what sort of voltage you are getting once fully charged. I have had the BMS update and have charged on my home 7kW charger numerous times with results varying from 440 to 446 volts after 100% charge and a long balance.

I don't think I have the update and I'm getting 456v at 100%. Is there a way to check if I've had it? I only have iOS devices...

Since day 1 i have the same ' issue '.
Always the miles came back.

Exactly..the miles are came back ,i had this from day 1. No update and after charge a far trip the gom gave the perfect miles ? it is no defect

I am so happy with my mg ,i don't want any update or service ,everthing works perfectly !! No problem at all, a friend of my drives a VW id3 from day 1 big problems . Mg no problem ??

If you’re getting 456v you won’t have the latest update bms which gives around 450v fully charged.

It means if you are getting 456v at full charge you have an earlier version of the battery monitoring software (BMS). If you are reading 449/450 volts then you have the latest BMS version number 0210622EU1, which was redesigned by MG to protect the battery performance, so it is worthwhile having the latest updated BMS software.

An owner can check the BMS version using an OBD2 device plugged into the cars diagnostic port and suitable software. (See attached phone screen shot taken from my ZS EV).

I lived at the White Horse Hotel in Alford.....many many moons ago!

Just done a 154 mile trip with 20 miles left in the "tank". Very pleased with that considering it was only 2 degrees when we set off and 9 degrees when we arrived 3.5 hours later. 4.1 MPK.

I was very impressed with GOM which was spot on. 50 MPH seemed to be the key, if I went faster then the GOMs prediction got less......If I went slower then it increased.
