I just noticed that I have an indicated range of only 285km with 100% battery, which is disturbing.
Recent 1st year service at 7000 miles states battery is 100% on tick box.
Since the service I’ve noticed my efficiency is in the low 2’s regardless of how I drive, but I have been using the heated seats (which are great) and setting the interior at 23°C for the wife!
However, the car is parked and locked and fully charged. Just a software glitch that needs a reset or should I be worried? All ideas gratefully received.

There's lot of other threads that can explain this..the milage is always just an example of what you have been doing on average having the cabin temperature at 23° is great but not good for how far you can get..it will always be better in the summer you just have to accept it I'm afraid..

When did you last do an equalisation charge and when did the all time trip last go round the clock. Just these 2 factors alone can have a big impact on the GOM range.

Thanks for those replies. I’m fortunately only doing a 7 mile commute. I just charged to 100% and will run it down to around 10% over next week.

Well there's your answer 👍. The indicated range (or GoM) estimates your range on how you've driven recently. If these have been short trips with heating on etc, your miles/kWh will have been low and hence estimated range will be low at next charge.

As a comparison I have just driven 200 miles up and down the A1 at 70mph in cold weather and I only managed 2.5 miles/kWh. As a result my indicated range is now around 170 miles. I did of course need a fast charge as well to get back !

Good to know it’s not a fault👍

Pictures please. Pictures of drivers dash with indicated average speed distance time consumption for accumulated and since charge.
Also centre console consumption screen.
