Low volume using handsfree call

MG ZS EV 21plate . Is anyone having a issue using handsfree. The person recieving the call saying it's too low on the sound . Any help please.

never had that complaint. is everyone you call always complaining it's to quiet and all the time or it's just sometimes and just one person complaining?
