We went over to Colne today to do a bit of shopping, the roads were quite busy but moving at about 30mph, but due to the nature of regen even on setting one she was feeling quite seasick as the car slowed down and traffic moved away and I had to gas it again (I assume this is a thing with full EVs too) of course with a Proper car ;) ;) you will never get this as they don't have regen you just let off and it will move along unless your going uphill or if you have diesel it will tug along on no throttle.

It's not really meant as a criticism, but it is a problem not, I'd use ACC but she is frightened to death of that now as it has caused us to brake HARD a few times so I'm not allowed when she is with me.

Is there anything to be done to just let it coast in slow traffic, even going down hill it eventually stops.

Never had a problem big ears (slight feeling I'm insulting you) I use brake and the basic momentum by taking pressure off it. Only when cars in front start moving faster I gently apply accelerator. Certainly never had any passengers feeling sick 🤮.

I use the MG PILOT as much as possible. Whilst not without issues eg Phantom braking, anything that makes driving easier is a plus for me.
