I’m not sure if this would correct the issues you are having, but I read that one member who recently picked up their car said that their car was given a software update. Perhaps it would be a good idea to check with your dealer about this.

Navigation may need activation by dealership.
Try a generic cable to connect for Apple CarPlay. Apparently the original iPhone cable does not work.

I’ve been to the dealership today and they are not trained on the car at the moment so they’ve got to get hold of technical to try and sort it out but it’s so frustrating

Have you tried seeing if you can reset the infotainment, same as in the ZS? Nothing to lose really

You've more faith in the dealer than I. Lost count of how many had to be told by the customer how to fix the ZS sat nav issue.

My Nav didn't work, said it needed enabling in settings. I couldn't see how so the dealership did something and works fine now.

My clock is an hour out though. Set to use GPS and country is all correct but its an hour ahead so set it manually for now

That should be an option to disable or enabled the daylight saving time.
I had same issue on my previous Kia

We're currently in BST so an hour ahead of GMT should be correct. I'd suggest:

Turn off DST
Set the time as per GMT (so an hour behind current actual time)
Turn back on DST

That should put the clock to the correct current time, and automatically revert when we go back to GMT. :)
