Not sure if anyone willing to share but was wondering what range of insurance costs there are for this vehicle. I just asked my broker for a rough calc as not yet bought one so gave the plate of the car I did a test drive in. It came out at around £1k. I am in my 60s, clean licence etc. so had expected less but as this electric tech is new maybe all cars of this ilk are like this. Just curious!!!

I was with Hasting and a renewal for a 3 year old HS PHEV came in at £2,370 fully comp and the year before was £800. I moved to Admiral and that came £850 then when I got my ZS EV came down to £795.

Hi
My policy has just renewed at £311 and I’m 73. Policy is via Compare the market website, as always the size of excess and availability of no claims bonus has a big effect on the premium. My past experience is that on line policies are always the cheapest. Hope this helps.

My LV Ins on my 2022 Exclusive PHEV for 24/25 was £417.66 the same for 25/26 was £835.40, incl Tints and legal cover. I didn't renew.
The car is ins for 8k miles but in 3 years just over 7k miles in total. I am on OAP, not points, no convictions no claims. I have now renewed with Sainsburys ins, this was £428.73 NCB Protection £3.52 Broker Fee £40. Total £472.25 Legal cover £34.99
Total Premium £507.24
