I've binded and unbinded and it still won't work, I get the QR code on the screen and point the app at it and nothing happens, I'm not doing something properly but no idea what it is.

Honestly Griff, not sure some of this tech whooshes over my head tbh, I did put in the 4 digit code, still got nothing in the end I unbinded, and left it, I have just uninstalled the app and re installed it, car is not here so can't mess with it, I'm hoping to go see my tame MG mechanic tomorrow and he's going to try and sort out a few gremlins twixt car and brain.

Have you gone to the settings and accepted the privacy policy as well as the data switch as nothing will happen until these are activated

I'm not sure, the car isn't here so can't check anything, I'll wait and see my man tomorrow I think, he seemed pretty clued up.

I'm mainly interested in warming the car in winter and checking it's location so far.

I work for an MG Main Dealer and have seen this on a few customers that have come in where the app wont show anything, if the privacy policy and data switch are off then the car isnt sending any information or communicating with the servers to allow the app to work

Go to the settings and on the side column there is privacy and data switch, make sure these are turned on
