Just go to another dealer, I woudn't bother contacting MG as they will probably do bog all about it!

The MG plan has been dropped as far as I know.
A plan ties you to one dealer and if they are not good you need to find another.
Not convinced there ever was much of a saving. Compared to having been held to ransom for my entire ICE motoring life of over 50 years then EV servicing is very reasonable.
