My car's air conditioning works normally. Let me give you an example, it's 28 degrees outside and you turn on the air conditioning. When the inside of the car drops to 27 degrees, the footwell area in the driver's seat is 14 degrees. Moreover, you didn't direct the air conditioning to the footwell area. I measured the lower part with the gadget below, and the seating area. The result is that there is a temperature difference of 10-12 degrees C, I recorded this situation with videos. However, the answer from headquarters is 3. It was in the form of taking it to a technical service. While the temperature inside the vehicle is 18-20 degrees, the foot section is 6-8 degrees. My feet are exposed to the cold like in a refrigerator. I wonder if anyone has a problem similar to this? As seen in the picture, there is a serious temperature difference when the upper part and the foot section are compared.

I also have that problem. And was told by the agent that the heating will not work if your driving in economy mode. I have drive in normal mode and turn the temperature up as high as it will go to get any heat into the foot well. Even then it's mot great.

Switch to Normal driving mode, not Eco. In Eco mode the heater only works at half power.

Yeah the HVAC management system is pretty crap. Same in my new ZS EV. I have to direct the heat to the footwell manually to keep my feet warm. !
