MG ZS EV Trophy Long Range Satnav? Programmed destination, set off, satnav still showing us at home

Has anyone a MG ZA EV 2022 version. I can’t get the satnav to move when I move. It’s stationary all the time?

Tried everything, did not have a go button showing and then it suddenly appeared and started working
