MG4 EV Trophy not DC Charging

Hey all I hope you are well, I’m having issues charging my new MG4 on the DC fast chargers. I’ve charged on my home granny charger and on AC charges but when I try to charge on fast charges it just doesn’t work. Any help would be great I just want to check it’s nothing I’m doing before I go back to garage.

Whose network are you trying to use?

Some need an app.
Some need a membership.
Some need a dedicated card.

Some should just work as long as you have a valid credit/debit card.

I've had issues with various chargers in the past, but never my car.

I have tried both Osprey and Arnold Clark Charge….. both take my money then tell me connecting then I get an error message to try again

I had this problem on my 2023 MG4 SE LR of charging ok on ac but not charging on dc. It was fixed by some software module updates at a dealer.

There were a few cars that did this some time ago. In one case the owner was stranded on holiday! In some cases it was something to do with the car lying to the charger about its battery temperature, and the charger saying, not touching that thankyouverymuch.
