I bet China are wishing they had offered green or silver here, rather than the black, as that seems to be the least popular, by far.

Not keen on the orange. It reminds me of the infamous Bond Bug the early 70's

Do you think that was a decision made in China rather than MG UK?
Edit: Silver is available, for example, everywhere else in Europe.

You would think the result would be the same or similar, but the questions asked are different, one asks what's your favourite colour? and the other asks what colour have you ordered?

Of those who have actually ordered (or committed £99) Grey is the leader but amongst those who haven't committed Volcano Orange wins.

It would be interesting to see the different demographics (if that's the right term) of the two groups.

Today saw in the flesh, Orange, Grey, Black, Red.
From the pictures the Orange was the must have - but - it screams out as a challenge at traffic lights and would stand out as a target for the jealous to key it.
So we decided when we saw the Red, its this on a Trophy, ordered.
Given the soundings from dealers for the numbers who want the Orange Trophy, hoping to get the order quicker ;).

After reading some of the posts on here regarding the orange colour, I'm now beginning to regret my wife's decision to go for that colour.
Is it as bad as it's made out to be? I'm now getting the impression that the paint is just a garish flat colour, not worth the extra cost.
Please, please convince me otherwise, or I'm going to have to have one heck of a ding dong argument with my wife and end up re-joining the mobius strip that is the waiting list for the ZS

Having seen the red and the grey in the flesh side by side. Which one looked better? I've ordered the red trophy, but i'm still torn between the two colours and am still half wondering if i should have ordered the grey. I haven't seen either in the metal yet.

We ordered as well as voted for the red here, looks lovely in person and will catch the light well showing off the cars angular design.

To top it off alongside the orange it is the toughest paint. Personally I do like the blue, but noticed even in the showroom hairline scuffs from it being cleaned already apparant.

More annoyingly, why the dark interior headliner and seats throughout the entire range.

Our Red arrived and was taken to a professional detailer to have cremaic coating, his 1st 2 comments were 1- Not done an MG, 2- that's a nice colour it will really shine when done.

After the work done and its been out in the wild, work colleagues 1st comments have been, That's a nice colour and had a couple of same comments getting out of the car in car park as well.
The money spent on ceramic has been Weill worth it.

After seeing the reviews / videos etc we wanted the orange, it was bright and fresh.
Test drive the orange from the dealer and on a dull day it was flat and peachy orange , a bit disappointing. The metallic grey one looked fantastic but 60% or the cars on the road are grey .
So ended in a choice between orange and white, orange won , hope its going to be sunny!
