I recommend that everyone download all the manuals which Siteguru has generously submitted. If only he had proof read them? . Mind you there are around 1200 pages, much better than a Haynes book!

I would hazard a guess the the LFP battery runs at a lower voltage and there for its harder to get the peak power out (Volts x amps)
The 0-30mph time will be current limited
30-60 will be power limited (higher motor rpm needs more voltage)
There’s also the probability that the Max discharge (C) rating of the different chemistry’s is different and the LFP can out put more amps at a lower voltage level allowing the extra omph from 0-30 (assuming the weight is nearly the same)

As the SE LR has the same 0-60 as the Trophy
