Hi all, I’m in Australia and have a MG ZS EV Long Range, just bought it a few weeks ago, I have bind the I-smart app to the car successfully but after weeks of trying the app still won't work - I continue to get 'Unable to get vehicle's GPS'.

I also noticed that my car doesn't have any connectivity options other than 'Bluetooth' in the Settings menu. I believe it is supposed to have a Vodafone 4G SIM card in the car but there is no sign that there is any Vodafone service at all - apparently in the top right-hand corner of the cars infotainment screen it should show Vodafone with the bars showing the strength of the network, mine has none of this, can anyone provide any advice here please?

only ZS Connect model would have connection to mobile network that you can use. Check with your dealer.

GPS sometimes works, sometimes not if the car is not in the right place for the signal...

Hey, did you ever manage to get this working. Just picked mine up yesterday and having the same issues.
Hi, yes, I did, I found the support email address, so I emailed them with my VIN, they said they fixed something up in the backend of the app and now it works perfectly every time, email them at [email protected]
