Power Failure- Limp mode

Power Failure

We have experienced total power failure and going into limp mode three times, the garage took 8 weeks to advise a need for a computer patch, this was fixed a month ago after waiting 8 weeks. A month later it has happened again, is anyone else experiencing this?
