Radio signal problem

Mg Zs Ev 2023. Problems with the tuning of radio stations. (The sound is not clear) Unpluging the negative wire of the battery did not help to solve it. How can I remove the infotainment screen to check the wiring? I removed the plastic under the screen, but cannot achieve to remove the piano buttons. Any ideas?

Why not have it fixed under warranty?

I took it to repair under warranty… I have to bring it back the car this Wednesday, because they told me they have to remove the “floor” of the vehicle and it will take a few hours.(did not understand why they have to remove it, but they explained me that is related to the radio wiring).

I thought that maybe the antena connection is not well attached to the back of the infotainment screen
