Very good question..........Ive often though about that..like an early LandRover! Well we have windows and (Some) have a sunroof.

I recon the problem is there must be a lot of restrictions in the air systems. For a start you have 2.5 filter.....then all the radiators and pipework...it must take a bit of pushing through., before you think about changing the temperature of the air....or heaven forbid......cool it down!

Only via opening a window or putting the sun roof on tilt so that you don’t increase drag to much. If the vents are open you do get a draft, but nothing substantial I’m afraid..I suppose thinking out load you could get a usb powered fan for air flow if you like a draft.

I find with re-circulation off and a window cracked open a little, air flows out of the face vents with heater/AC off.

If you select windscreen on the heater control then press the off knob you will see the button for recycled air lights. Press that button and you get air from outside flowing through. Unfortunately the air flow is very poor without the fan running so the car will still mist up if it's raining. The air flow will move whichever way you had the controls when you last used the heater/aircon. Hope this helps.
