Rear parcel tray

Hi everyone.
I removed my parcel tray yesterday, I noticed on the underside there is a sticker. Some Chinese writing and some English one line says: EH32436A01 does anyone know if part of this is the build date of the car or just the manufacturing date of the tray ?

Printed in blue (?) writing across the label is the build date of the shelf. (In MM/DD/YYY format I think. It's not always easily read). Given usual manufacturing processes then it is probable that this date is a few days before the build date of your whole car.

Actual build is shown on the Certificate of Conformity, if you have one. Mine was in a plastic wallet inside the glove box.

Yup although I may have the format wrong as on the Certificate of Conformity (CoC) it looks like they use MM DD YYYY. As a general rule the date on the parcel shelf stamp the CoC are within a week of each other

Formats vary in different places ... in fact the CoC (at least mine does) has 2 date fields, and they're both in different formats.
