Screen gone off

Had my mk2 ZS EV for 10 months with no problems until today got in the car after work and the main screen is not displaying anything the radio is still on but can’t change channels or mute using the steering wheel controls can’t control aircon can turn in on with the demist button but can’t turn it off anyone had similar any ideas on how to go x would be appreciated

Hold the home button down for 10 seconds maybe?

Tried that will check fuse F20 I believe then last resort disconnect 12v battery

This sort of thing can happen if you don’t keep your foot on the brake long enough when starting up. You really need to wait until the “ready” message comes up to prevent the car throwing a wobbly!

Got in the car today and all is fine hopefully just a glitch
