SE SR failing to pre-heat while plugged in

If I set it to heat the car, the temperature in the app is updated direcly.

Sorry I don't quite understand .
You can adjust the internal temp of the car via the app .But it retains the temp that was set in the car when shut down .So if you pre heat to 28 degrees then reduce to 23 degrees then shut down the car, the app retains the 23 degrees .

Mine works fine, and I have a Zappi, so it’s definitely not to do with your charge point. I know for a fact it still works for me as I’ve used it 2 or 3 times in the past couple of weeks, and it worked every time.

That's very helpful, thanks. It's not the temperature setting either, because I always pre-heat it at the maximum. It works fine when the car isn't plugged in.

What I meant was this: if the temperature in the car is x degrees and you heat the car using the app in the climate section to x+10, the temperature reading in the climate section will show the increased temperature.
