Software updates in general

Is almost a year I have MG marvel R a good looking car with good confront. Only regret I have about this car is the un-updated system. This car could be way better with updates etc. - I am currently on R24. I have no idea did the car even had update or not, or I should go to dealership and let them check. It is painful. Now I even started to lose faith in mMG support. They got pretty bad customer satisfaction most say did best job to lose their customer ??. Now I am looking for Tesla Y. I don't wanna lose MG but it seems like they are forcing us. ?

Can't even explain how many bugs I have in car. It sometimes feels like having those all features is for what? To not work properly. ??? I wish MG see this feedback!

They won't, though. They won't read the forum. You really should go to the dealer and ask them to check. If they don't give good service you can always get some satisfaction by yelling at them.

Make a list of all the issues. On the MG4 the latest infotainment software is R59. Unsure if that would apply to the MG Marvel R. Send the list to the dealer and ask for latest software, there are bound to be various updates. There were 7 for my car after about a year when I got it (ex-demo).

What we really need is a forum where each car is listed and for each one all issues / enhancements are listed, where people vote / comment on. MG Central then could view this & we chase them up!

Just had the battery management software updated on our ZS TRL 1st service yesterday to fix the Tesla charger issue. Added 1/2hr to the service time of 2hrs, but was FOC.
