Stuck in bind/unbind limbo

Good afternoon.
I have had my MG ZS EV from new since mid March 2022. I managed to successfully bind the car and MG iSmart app and was using it satisfactorily for about a week. Something happened and I was not able to connect. I am now and have been since then, stuck in a limbo state. It won't let me unbind (doesn't show vehicle and unbind button), nor will it let me bind (just says on screen that the vehicle is already bound. I have tried deleting the app, deleting the account, registering new account but the above issues remain. It says to contact MG which I have don (April 2022) with no response.

Anybody got any ideas please? Its as if the car needs to have the phone profile removed but as I say, unable to do so.
All help and advice gratefully received.
 
Yer probably not a good idea deleting an account unless it's debound as there is only one person that can do it and you have to go through miles to get that person unless you can get your original account back your stuck

Same thing happened to me tried everything then suddenly after about a week started working again. But in your case looks like a trip to the dealer.

Same here, just suddenly stopped working after 1 month. Tried all the same as yourself without success. MG customer service useless, dealer not much better.
