Hello members.
Can i ask i have a 2024 zs hybrid + trophy after initial start it sits idiling at 1100 rpm is this normal or high??????
Its going back for investigation to dealer as have high revs at low speed as if slipping clutch.
Any help is welcome.

Completely normal. This is a hybrid, the idling engine is also charging the battery, sometimes the car will also idle at 1300 or even 14000 revs, and with an empty battery, you will experience much higher revs in a straight line as well. That's normal behavior for quite a few "self charging full hybrids"

Ok many thanks for the update. From cold its 1400 then drops to 1100. And do experience high revs when driving but as if slipping clutch but read threads on the PD052 update and think i need that.
Happy now i know tick over is standard as got no help from dealership.

The ONLY time I experience high revs is if I drive the vehicle up hill or try 0-100 in 2 seconds. All other times it drives lovely.
