I don't see why not.

Other MG4's have had tow bars fitted.

A quick Google saw a couple of companies happy to quote with my registration.

I'm sure you could play off a couple of 'local to you' companies to get a price to suit you.

MG4 is rated to tow up to 500Kg, and with a tow bar load weight of 50Kg.

So wouldn't be able to tow something like this Bailey Ranger 500/5 with an actual weight of 1244 kg

Be able to tow? Maybe.

Be compliant with regulations and so no risk to insurance coverage? No.

Your choice whether or not to risk it.
