A couple of days ago I wanted to charge at my local (Portuguese) supermarket - Continente. They offer 30 minutes of free charging when you spend €30 or more shopping. Charging is initiated via their own App (Continente Plug&Charge) and a QR code on the charger. I tried 2 chargers and multiple (20+) times but could not reach actual charging. On each occasion all the required steps were completed but the App hung before the car's green charging lights illuminated. As other cars were charging normally, I didn't think the charger was faulty. Eventually I noticed that my Carlinkit wireless dongle kept making contact with my telephone (I heard a podcast I had been listening to). I unplugged the Carlinkit dongle and was able to start charging at the first attempt subsequently and charging was successful. Hope this is useful to someone.
