Why no downloadable manual for HS PHEV?

MG UK say there is no manual to download for the "MG HS PHEV Navigation System" BUT on MG.co.uk under "My MG" I have downloaded the main "User Manual and Quick Start Guides".

It seems strange that there is no downloadable file for the "MG HS PHEV Navigation System" as it is one of the booklets supplied with the car, complete with small print and hence my need for this. I read somewhere that someone did request similar and was sent a copy by email but no mention of who, what, when, where etc. Appreciate some help to locate.

Wondering if the "MG HS PHEV Navigation System" manual is available to download under an alternative name

It’s a poor system, hard to update and feature thin. I find the apps on my phone work much better plug in

Giving the system credit it really isn’t such a poor system. For a system that isn’t connected to the internet, it works pretty well. You can’t really compare it to an app on the phone that is connected to the internet and constantly have live update as you drive.

As for the map updates, it really isn’t that hard either. It is a bit of a faff with a USB stick but the system is stuck in the car unlike a phone that you can take it anywhere. The maps are abit expensive though if you want the latest map where a phone app is free or a small fee.

I did actually find the navigation map download just the other day for the 22 Hs Phev

We use google maps plugged into android auto in the usb port. The navigation on the car is missing a lot of streets we found. Google maps is up to date
