Wired Apple CarPlay Issues

Hey all!

I have owned my car since December and 90% of things have been great, with a few minor issues here and there. However, now when I plug into Apple CarPlay, I have noticed that my controls on the right side of the steering wheel do not work (with the exception of my star button and my menu button). Has this happened to anyone else?

I have also noticed that even the slightest movement of my phone while it's plugged in, causes the wired CarPlay to disconnect, but my phone still charges. I did initially think that maybe the cable was the problem - but after replacing, the same issues still occur.

- right side buttons: what controls do not work? there are a stick button, and the follwing 3 buttons:
1: phone button
2: stick function switcher
3: star button.
- carplay cable: try to clean the USB port of your mobile

Hey Bodrede, the button that stops working is just the phone button, I have also noticed that even while plugging a Samsung phone in, it will still disconnect the phone on the slightest movement.
