X Power Rejection.

It would be interesting reading an engineers report, if ever commissioned, on the future impact of these vibes on the components of the car.
Depending on results these cars could be an absolute money pit in 3,4,5, 6 years time. No issue if the car is leased or being returned at the end of a PCP deal. Crap if people are intending keeping them long term and used values could plummet if there is enough publicity
Agreed never had an MG before so not even sure of the brand so this is exactly why i leased mine.
Too many questions and a PCP even if handing back was way more expensive over any period by comparison.
For the next 2 years the car will be costing me the same per day as a coffee and a cake a day from our local Costa( second home) for me and the one that must be obeyed?.

Ok, went on extended Motorway drive today. First decent run since I got it. Been too busy Hooning around, (sad I know).
And I might just might, have experienced the dreaded Vibe, while doing a steady 70 mph for good few miles. Because let's face it accelerating like you do, your past the,
65-75 mph problem area in about a second, so I've never felt it. Until the drive on the motorway. It Was nowhere near as bad as some of the descriptions on here, but definitely a slight something.
So emailed Chorley MG and got a quick reply by phone. Taking it in sometime next week, so they can have a look at it. Thought I'd get in there quick. (Pardon the Pun) ??

I should probably do the same, just need to find a decent dealer in South East Wales.

Also, I just noticed Amazon have every Bond film available in 4K. That's going to take a while....

Ok, most of my 'lunatic' moments to date have been on slower roads etc. It’s occurred to me that my motorway runs thus far have all been during busy periods and, barring very rare opportunities for play time, I've generally just left it in ECO with ACC on (+ TJA in 50mph roadworks). Nothing too discernible, but Ihave wondered a few times if there's been a slight rumble in the lower 60's to high(er) 70's zone.

It’s also worth noting I swapped out the tyres pretty much immediately, so have nothing to compare on that front. There's a decent length of dual carriageway the other side of town to me with a long rise and very smooth running surface hence, I'm now thinking I should take it for some runs along there and do some further checks in full sport mode to get a better idea...

1. MG don't provide a vibration fix.
2. No litigation against MG or its dealerships commences or it does but fails.
3. No amount of fussing with tyre pressures etc. removes the issue.
