In a perfect, sensible World, I would agree with you. In SAIC’s World , not a chance. Completely hatstand that company. If it were not for the price point, we would never have been in this situation, as SAIC would never have got off the ground (Well maybe they would when they are state sponsored).The dealers could have cancelled their stock orders when they were asked to in March and then people like yourself would have had delivery of your car by now.
I get what they are trying to do, and so far it is working, but when other, more established vehicle manufactures start waking up and produce cars in direct competition to SAIC’s price point, I think it will be a whole different scenario.
In any event, will be interesting finding out ?
