I called same dealer as you this morning(Balsall common) at 9.30 reception said they would call back, nothing. I called back at 3.30 this afternoon , again they said i'd get call back. At 4.30 I actually got call back to say car literally arrived there this morning. Apparently I was his 1st LR TC in RED ordered 6/12/21. Hopefully not to long for you to wait now.
While waiting for call I put 2 back tyres on Lexus. At least wheel Kickers won't be looking to knock cash of for lack of thread.

I would be more annoyed that it had arrived and they did not think to call you (until you prompted them)
I checked about a month ago, it was built waiting shipping with estimated delivery 17th Sept. Not sure how real this was with all the conspiracy theory's and tales of dodgy dealers extending delivery into 2023, having people cancel and keeping your car to sell for profit.
Are you going to wait? I've decided to stick it out as my current is working OK and I know it will be worth it in the end.
To be fair he said it was weird the fact that I called the same day that it arrived, and was on transporter as we spoke. I can see it tomorrow if I want to.

Am still looking at alternatives - looking at Ford Kuga plug in hybrid this weekend.

I've always checked in with Balsall common as my daughter lives there. When they opened in Coventry I continued chasing them as one of your earlier posts didn't inspire with confidence to transfer to Cov. I think you said sales staff were there one day and gone the next. I'm wondering if they weren't as efficient as the chap I dealt with (Matt) in processing orders/grants etc. My order went through when i actually ordered not the beginning of the next month that others seem to be experiencing.
