It's interesting that the charger is also now out of use. Could the charger have caused the fault?
So poor if they lied, for something that takes less than 5 mins to check and doesn't impact on workshop spaceThey said they had done but look like they lied about doing it. I will be taking it back tomorrow and watch them do it. Cant believe anything they say any more
Time? As has been said they only need to try it on their AC charger if it doesn't work give you a courtesy carWell Dealer don't have time to look at it until March. Can see this thing being dumped on the entrance. Paying 5 times what I normally pay because I am having to use DC charging. Looks like they are going to have a visit from a very angry customer. Getting really annoyed now.
This is all very professional. They have no cars available
How far away is the dealer, I'd just turn up and tell them your going to plug it in and see what it does, remind them that if it's faulty as you have repeatedly told them, there charger could be put out of commission. They have no cars available
I have never seen the word “reject” thrown around as much as it is on this forum.Perhaps you could try one of the other dealers in the area? Failing that an e-mail rejecting car to dealer cc MG would be in order.
I don't want to reject it but dealing with this dealer they don't seem to take it serious.I have never seen the word “reject” thrown around as much as it is on this forum.
Thats a last resort not a first.
To be fair to you if I remember correctly this isn't your first issue youve encountered, I might be confusing you with someone else thoughI don't want to reject it but dealing with this dealer they don't seem to take it serious.
You are correct. So far issues areTo be fair to you if I remember correctly this isn't your first issue youve encountered, I might be confusing you with someone else though
Arh …,,,,,, So it does have a problem then !.Well the car has been in for a week and MG have requested the CCU be changed. See how long it takes
Does it charge at DC? As my understanding is the CCU still manages the DC charge in that it controls the negotiation and charge rate from the DC charger. They did a reset and got it to charge at 0.009kwh.
6 months to charge the car. They think the CCU is at fault
