Service Center Appointment (24th of October, 2024) / MG4 Trophy LR v2

Hi.
I have an appointment with the MG service center for my MG4 Trophy LR v2 on next Thursday (24th of October, 2024).
The biggest problem is: Noise inside back of my MG4
For the second problem I have a question to all MG4 Trophy LR v2 users;
The outside temperature was 35c-42c on average in Turkey last summer and I had no chance sitting in the car while on DC charging. Air conditioning works but not effectively. As soon as the DC charge finishes the air conditioning is working as it should be. Is this happening to your cars also?
If the answer is NO, then I got another problem. I will ask to the service center for this issue also.

This is likely normal.

The air conditioning compressor also cools the battery when it's being fast charged, and will prioritise battery safety over cabin temperature.

When the outside temperature is so high, many EV drivers on DC charge were sitting in the car comfortably but not me. But you are saying that it is normal then I will just focus on the noise problem: Noise inside back of my MG4
