MG ZS EV Gen1 problems

Hi guys I have MG ZS EV 2020. I have several problems but my service centre cant help me. Hope here I can find answer for my problems.
When I lock the car my mirror sometimes fold sometimes no. I have reported that error 3 year ago and 3 service centres didn't fix it. How this error is fixed on yours car (replaced mirrors or something else)?
My DC fast charging is limited on 31kW (on 50kW charging station) no mater on SOC, did anyone else have same problem?
Service centre doesn't know how to fix this, they don't want to update software... I have send email to MG Europe but there is no reply.

Not sure about the mirrors ,poor wiring connection maybe. The battery charging rate can be more to do with temperature than SoC.

I was reading here on forum that loots of people had same problem with mirror (during summer everything is ok).

Charging power is same over summer and winter, every time that I come to charger I was driving for at least one hour, so battery should bee in good condition for fast charging. Do you all get around 50kW until 80%?

search for mirror lubricant on this forum, that might help.

about charging, it's hit and miss see here but it could also be your local chargers that are limited, not the car

Charging speed poor

Fast charge charging rate - on 10 occasions I have specifically tested fast charge rates on Grid Serve, IONITY, BP and Shell charging stations. This follow complaints from my daughter that fast charging takes for ever. The maximum charge rate has never been above 37kW. The car is rated at 76kW...

Yes, re mirrors, I get the same problem.

Even on a service, the dealers failed to fix it, but is an intermittent problem.

I use WRX Silicone spray between the mirror and body. It helps a lot...
