If you've got those extra pins it means you have the 3 phase on-board charger (and no rear wiper?). Unfortunately this model is liable to CCU failure which needs doing at the dealer.Thank you for your help. I am an absolute novice at all things electrical, I read the posts on this forum and don't understand most of it. I have looked at the charger and it seems that I do have an L2 and L3 slot. I think I have a fast charging point at Gatwick services, shall I try that? Is that DC as opposed to AC which is at home? will that nudge CCU into working? Much appreciate your attention to this little challenge. I was just thinking, the car did go off on the back of a lorry to have a new door fitted - i had a fight with the garage door - and came back on a lorry. It was 100% charged then, but it hasn't charged properly since. Anything to do with my current problem do you think?
The usual symptoms are it will start charging and stop fairly soon on any AC charger (granny or 7/11kW) It should still work on any rapid/ultra rapid DC CCS charger.
