Anyone wash their car today? ?

Had some swirls/fine scratches in rear light bar and on the gloss black behind both rear doors.
Gave them a polish and they now look much sharper, coated with Gyeon Trim now so should keep it nice.

Yes indeed. I had scratches all along the top of the light bar and over the other area’s, deffo cleaning related, i am very careful with it and assume these were from the dealer cleaning it with a brillo pad after its several months sat at MG compound in Bristol awaiting a buyer.

I just went over it fairly quickly with my new toy( DA Polisher) and a soft pad and light cut polish ( Menzerna 3500) and it has all come up lovely so plastic must be fairly soft i would assume.
Now it is better and coated hopefully with my wash routine it will stay as it is.

I must add, a machine polisher is one of the best things i have purchased for looking after the cars, so much you can do with them and it blows hand polishing away, even got some glass polish and machine polished the windows😎.

10am this morning , washed and waxed mine. Not to the standard of the normal posts on this thread but not to bad and quite pleased with the results.
3pm, wife gets out leaf blower and proceeds to clear the driveway of leaves, dust and loose concrete debris!!! can anyone recommend a decent lawyer. :cautious:😩

It's your fault. You should have used the leaf blower before washing the car 🤣

Being an ex union members we have strict boundaries for differing job titles. If I was to touch the leaf blower I would be up before the committee. Conversely the bucket and sponge are securely locked away from prying hands. 😀

In that case then the management are at fault for employing the mushroom strategy.*

Well, comrade, here in the socialist republic of Meyssac we have no management structure , it is based on values of co-operation and shared workload, using Mr Orwells well known thesis as a basis for our lifestyle. My particular role has been designated as Boxer and I've been informed that it is an essential role and one I should find happiness and contentment in , and questioning of policy decisions is discouraged. " The Book" as we call it is secured away and read out on special days a few chapters at a time to rally the troop(s) so I am unsure of the ending. o_O
