Service Records

Has anyone yet definitively established whether, as customers, we are entitled to access our service records, which are apparently held online by MG, have they accessed them successfully themselves and, if so, how we go about it?

My dealer told me about the 'My MG' tab on the MG website but I can't see how to get in using that.

When I had a Mercedes, the service history was accessible by the owner of a car using a fairly accessible Mercedes website. I couldn’t be ‘arsed’ enough to go through the rigmarole of getting a password which I would forget in time! I just asked a chappie at the dealers to print them off for me. Two minutes later, I had nice paper copies that would go with my little owners manual!
Surely a similar procedure applies to MG owners?

It is my understanding, that owners don't have direct access to the service history of their own cars.
The dealer should be able to give you a print out !.

Agreed ,just had a service and 4 updates and i asked for paper copies which were duly given.
