Real World X Power mi/kWh Thread.

I thought so as well, but it's still around 300 bhp at 70% power. I wonder if the engine mode might have affected it as I was in ECO as it was a game of can I get home without needing a charge.

Probably was the fact you where in Eco.
Never been in Eco mode, so wouldn't know. 😉🙂

I think there should be a software override available over 10%, I don't want power limited, ever, above that. I know the implications on remaining power, just give me the beans. Took someone out at 48% on Monday night and they were underwhelmed.

I tend to use OPD more around town and local low speed trips.

On the motorway I like to be able to coast more when lifting off and tend to set low regen if I remember. I'm sure I've used OPD at motorway speeds and the brake lights will have come on when easing off too much !

Bjørn Nyland tested the Xpower 0-60 times at various SoC in his Youtube video. It does tend to drop off a lot at lower SoC compared to other EV's.

You are all simply having too much fun, if you see my stats I only allow myself a bit of fun every 10 miles or so. I can get 3.5 on short trips making good use of the pedal if I really wanted to but it's getting harder whilst temperature is single figures.

It keeps prompting me for intelligent heating of the battery, wondering if it might improve the stats at the expense of range much, something to try this week.

Fair enough. Each to their own.
I usually allow myself a bit of fun, at every opportunity. 😉🙂👍

For an RRP only a couple thousand more I can't see why car schemes are offering model 3s for twice the price if they even have them in stock, but 299 a month all inclusive was a steal even on a bad scheme provider, after being out of stock they're offering them for 370 now.

Not strictly mi/kWh but economy related, I hadn't considered the fact that compared to ICE, you actually pay for fuel up to 30 days later than purchase. Even public charging, BP Pulse invoice me monthly.

Really?

Mine stays in Normal mode according to the dash.

I've never noticed it change to Eco and I'm forever dropping below 10 percent.
Well it says normal but it feels like eco I remember coming back from my 250km round trip when it dropped to 10%
It definitely accelerated like it was in eco not normal..

WOW!, 4.1mls/kWh from an X Power. What does that 19mph display mean? You've not been driving everywhere at 19mph, have you Chris? 😉
Think my, mls/kWh display must be broke, it seems to be stuck on 2mls/kWh. 🙄🤪
🙂
