Update: full system reset fixed the problem.

I tried this but now getting activation errors.Already on R63, I did a factory reset, and then reconfigured. Carried out the R63 upgrade over current R63. Rebooted. Went into the engineer activation menu. Deleted the current activations. Rebooted again.Tethered to the mobile phone, and then activated the AVN and Map. Rebooted.
It now works, after a number of reboots to test it still works.

Mine's a real trophy. Upgraded from 59 but the charger level was broken so tried the fix.It seems your system can’t connect to the server.
Is your car a “real” Trophy or an SE running under 1300R63?
What you could try:
Switch the environment to PP.
Clear data and exit.
Reboot the system.
Switch the environment back to P.
Then:
Activate AVN and MAP.
If it still doesn’t work, try connecting the car to a Wi-Fi network and reattempt activating AVN and MAP.

Seems even with just that it dislikes!It's the same for me, for a downgrade only the AVN folder and the *.ZIP file contained therein must be in the root of the USB stick! No md5check or vipimage file! Restarting also helps.![]()
