Hi, who is your current energy supplier? The two Ohme's available work well with a number of tariffs from different supplies. The Zappi is a great unit but not everyone likes its shape. The Wallbox is a nice unit which works well with Intelligent Octopus Go.

Try resetting the trip counters. Does it say 100% on the display? You may need to do a few Battery Balances to see if that helps.

Hi, there are few threads on the the app and binding, put a few words in the search bar but it sounds like the last owner did not unbind it so like others have said looks like a trip to the dealer. Did you get it from MG?
