Got my MG5 LR last Monday and I have charged it three times but it has never got up to 250 miles range although it is registering 100% charged.
Has anyone else had this problem?
Or is it a problem cell on the battery pack?

The GOM figure uses information from previous journeys ie trip counters and current setting eg heating or air con.
Try resetting the trip counters and turn off all fans and heating put it in eco and kers3.

It's normal for cold weather. We've had our 5LR for about a month and 600 miles and we're getting about 200 miles range from a full charge. I've just topped it up tonight at 81% soc with indicated 159 miles.

Eco mode, KERS3, no ac, 16c, low fan, steady driving on A, B and Country lanes.

Thanks for the info guys. I will try that.
I have been using the A/C, Fan and battery heater as well. I will have to find out where you cancel the trip meter

To reset the trip meter use the up/ down arrows on the right hand side of the steering wheel (down once for current trip and down twice for total trip) then press and hold the ok button

You are only ever likely to see anywhere near 250 when the warmer weather comes along. The guess-o-meter is exactly what it's called and you will always do better or worse than it' depending on your driving style etc.

When "full" at the moment mine shows something like 203 on KERS3, but less on other KERS settings.

The claimed 250 miles was always understood to be a best case scenario. The rule of thumb I'll be using is 2miles per 1% of indicated battery. Seems to be about right.

Sorry meant to say after doing what you advised I got a reading of 233 miles a reasonable jump from 210.
