Bolt found on drivers seat!

The Barton road "swing" bridge is situated on an island in the Manchester Ship Canal and balances and pivots on a central spigot presumably held on by a large nut . If MEH had driven over this structure and happened to be carrying a consignment of fridge magnets then there's your explanation. Once the nut is released then the bridge might fail and so the past tense could be correctly applied. News travels slowly here, so I am unaware of the state of maintenance of the BRSB.:D

Yep missing that fastening could well have caused a swinger to have swung.
I’ll check my meccano set later in case the nut’s from there ?

I have been over there many times and also taken the long way round on many occasions when the fire service were cooling it down in hot weather so it could be closed

Also, the radio sensor to track my cat's radio tracker collar vanished. I had it when I replaced the battery in the collar, but then when I needed it to track the cat, it was gone. It can't have left the kitchen, it wasn't as if I'd been out searching with it, but it was nowhere to be found. I even fished the rubbish bags out of the bin and went through them, and found the torn rubber cover for the tracker unit I had discarded when I changed the battery, but no sensor unit.
Did you ask your cat where it had hidden it?

Usain likes the speed of Electric vehicles apparently:
