- MG4 Trophy ER
Hello,
I have an MG Trophy. It has the latest software update as of about a month ago.
I have an iPhone 15 pro max that uses USB C. I have an official Anker cable bought on amazon which is USB-A to USB-C
When I get in the car, I plug the phone in often before I hit the brake and go into drive mode. The car doesn't recognise apple car play even for a while. So I have to unplug the cable and then plug It in again and it works (usually after the system ready). My partners Kia and my old car in fact, just connects to apple car play straight away, which is the solution I want!
The only Official Cable I see on Apple is Belkin BOOST Charge Pro Flex USB-A to USB-C Cable (1m). So I could try that but not convinced? I wonder if it's an MG glitch.
Anyone have any thoughts?
Thanks all
