Hello,
at home I`m using a 11kw wallbox. But the MG is only charging with 3.9kw. Is this normal?
The ZOE, we had before, was charging with 10,4kw.

The ZS is capable of charging AC at just under 7kw/h. Reduced rate is commonly due to the wall charger not being set up correctly - worth a check. I guess you’ll be using a 3 phase charger To get the potential of 11kw/h.

Is a 11 kW wallbox 3 phase ?
If so, maybe it's only charging on 1 phase ?

Ah interesting, I didn't realise/think about that.
So it'll be using all 3 AC power pins, but the ZS will only accept power from the single (normal) phase pin.

You'd think the wall box can be configured to do single or 3 phase.

It is a 3 phase charging, normally. What can I do, that IT will charge with 3 phase?
I suggest you ask your installer and/or wallbox provider to check the settings as well as checking with MG that it will take 7kw from 3 phase charging. 3 phase is quite rare in the uk for home usage, but as far as I know it should deliver the just under 7kw which is the maximum on AC for the MG - having 11kw is unfortunately not fully useable if you only have the MG to charge. I have experienced 3.5kw on public AC chargers before but not sure if this helps any. I guess you could go back to single phase if needed?

This thread may also help explain 3 phase and 32a cables etc.
